• You will not use the platform for spam, solicitation, or any fraudulent purposes

4. For Business Listings

Automatic Listings and Public Data

Business listings on CleaningDirectory.net may be created automatically or added from publicly available business information, directories, and databases. Businesses may appear on our platform without prior notification. We aggregate information from various public sources to provide comprehensive directory services.

Claiming a Listing

Business owners may claim and manage their listings on CleaningDirectory.net. By claiming or submitting a listing, you represent and warrant that:

• You have all necessary licenses, permits, and insurance to operate your business
• You will promptly update your listing if any information changes
• You will respond to leads and inquiries in a timely and professional manner
• You will not engage in any deceptive or fraudulent business practices
• You will honor any commitments made to customers who find you through our platform
• You understand that fake reviews or manipulation of ratings will result in listing removal

Consent to Commercial Communications

By claiming a listing, submitting a business, or maintaining a presence on CleaningDirectory.net, you expressly consent to receive commercial communications from us, including but not limited to:

• Sales and marketing communications about our services and products
• Information about SaaS products, subscription services, and software tools
• Product offers, one-time purchases, and service upgrades

6. CAN-SPAM Compliance and Opt-Out Rights

Subscription and Payment Terms: If you purchase any paid services or subscriptions:

• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
• You authorize recurring charges to your payment method
• Price changes will be communicated 30 days in advance
• Refunds are provided at our discretion and according to our refund policy
• You are responsible for maintaining valid payment information

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

11. Limitation of Liability

Maximum Liability: In no event shall CleaningDirectory.net's total liability to you for all claims exceed the greater of $100 or the amount you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim.
